So happy that I finally got to use CS4 and come out with two pieces I am satisfied with.

Another set of good news is the company that my mum and me set up, about a few days ago, has been approved.

It is a nail spa and it is called,

Jacqueline Burchell.

I really like the name.

Aside from the fact that it has my name and Michael’s middle name,

it sounds very classy.

My mum had actually thought of the name days before.

She had asked a few people what they had think of it and everyone of them had given her a good response.

My mum rocks :}

I fell in love with this :} I actually cried when I watched it.

This is a dedication to the daughter from the father (playing the piano). The daughter is only 7 years old and she loves this song. So the father decided to dedicate this to his little girl.

I just cried.

It did not occur to me that all these five had an ‘alter’ ego.

I think I have to stop sleeping with air-con. For some reason, I tend to sleep a lot longer with the aircon on than with just the fan with the open window. Plus I have been getting into this bad habit of falling asleep without even knowing I did. Sometimes I wake up not knowing I actually changed into my night clothes and go to bed.

I really don’t think I have been sleepwalking. But…I don’t know….won’t want to rule that out. Hahaha I don’t think I did.

This week I really need to make myself or force myself to be very productive. One I got to get my presentation for RC done. I am worried that my presentation won’t be as good as the student that did the same director last year. According to my lecturer, it was a good presentation. It had a lot of information on him.

See my struggle? I have a number of points on my director…just worried that it won’t be half as much as the previous.

Next would be to do my film journal tonight. That’s not such a big issue.

Oh great I just realized that I have to pay a fine to gramaphone for late return. Just three days it has amounted to about six dollars or maybe eight. Wonderful…too damn expensive.

I got my RC written term paper to do. I’m actually quite okay with it. I chose to do about Chinese Martial arts film. Now I got to watch a whole lot of martial arts film. I’ll start with Hong Kong first. Jackie Chan!

Since next week will be my one week break, I want to take it easy….well not really. But I want to use all my time *at home* to do something time worthy. Plus I want to slowly start writing my own story.

School life right now? I’m not sure. I’m starting to dread a lot of things from school.

I am going to embark on a new hitsukarin long chapter story once I am done with my ‘Someone For Me’.

I should start on my own story soon.

Problem is I have no storyline.

Damn.

Actually looking at this picture (above), I kinda feel the same way…

It has been a tiring week and it feels like my head is so damn heavy that my neck is about to give way.

Sleep? Not at the moment.

Right now I am trying to find the motivation to do my UTM assignment, RC Proposal Thesis, GST

Oh great I just realized I also got to think of a story for AFP 2 for Friday.

How flippin happy I am!

Total BS.

When I got there, it was empty. No one was around. I was completely alone to recall everything in peace. I looked around and I could see it used to be so full of kids running around, screaming at the top of their voices. It was strange to have it so empty right now. Ever since I, Grace and Josephine grew up, the number of people we knew who loved to play playground tag games just dwindled.

In those days when we used to play games like Blind man, Computer Virus (I made that one up but it is similar to tag), Dear Diary and Colour tag…etc. There were a number of ‘em.

Playing Blind man gave me a lot of strength in my arms and legs. I climbed on top of monkey bars, climb onto slides and from the bottom climbed up the rail. Man, those days really gave me some muscles (helped a lot in secondary 3 camp).

‘Computer virus’ made me the fastest runner in the playground. I used to be the turtle there. The girls from my primary school would ask me to play with them and they always made me the catcher. I don’t need to say why. I never liked them because at the end of the day, I was laughed at and called names. However when they stopped coming to the playground, no idea why, for some reason, I began to build my confidence again. When I got to know Grace and we started to play tag, by the end of that time, I was the fastest runner. Everyone called me the Cheetah.

That is still one of my proudest memories. It really is.

During my walk, I climbed onto the slides and finally sat on the funnel slide top. And like a magical moment, a nice breeze tossed up all the leaves from the ground. The sun light streamed through the leaves and gave off a beautiful scenery. Then and there, my neighborhood hardly looked like Singapore. In fact, it looked like this whole moment was being filmed. Maybe it is a film. :}

I sat there for quite awhile and I could still hear the sounds of the kids in my memories playing back. If I had brought my camera, I would have taken a photograph of playground. Then again, I won’t know if it would look as magical as I saw it.

It is as they say, “Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder”.

Finally I knew it was time for me to get back and continue my work. I got off the slide reluctantly and made my way out of the playground. I walked one round around the playground just to take in what it used to feel like. Before I finally walked out of the playground’s sight, I looked back and realized…back when I was younger, I told myself that it will forever be this way. Tag, laughter, hanging around, it will forever remain this way, no matter how old I am.

How naive was I to think that such moments would remain forever? Before I knew it, all of it became history. Only my thoughts and memories allow my to relive the feelings that were there but never partake in it again.

I dearly miss it all. If I could relive those memories of playing tag and running around one more time, even for a short while, I would love to.

Overall, I think that walk was meant for me to be there, at the playground, to remember what it used to be like.

So the next time when adults tell me to not be in such a hurry to grow up, I will know why.

Not easy I tell you.

• You have to decide what clips goes with what part of the V.O.
• You have to check if they are in sync or whether they sound good.
• Make sure the music track compliments the sequence. Or the other way around.
• Decide which parts of the V.O sounds good
• etc.

No headache but my brain needs some senseless entertainment before I start on my UTM assignment. As for WISP, I am going to chuck it one side. After what I have been through last weekend and this week, I have no drive to do my WISP, especially since I dislike the module to the core.

Right now, I am starting to like Media Law more than WISP. That is how bad I find it.

On the bright side, I will be getting my Photoshop CS4 and the registration code soon!!

Just when I thought his Ice Clone was all, he just had to pull this on me and make me pray harder that Saturday will arrive faster (the manga is updated every Saturday).

Look at the face when he says ‘Hyoten Hyakkaso‘. He and Byakuya’s expression are the one of the reasons why I love them!
